Website & Telephone Orders Returns Policy

We hope that you will love your order! However, if you change your mind, you can return any item in accordance with the following policies:

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. The goods shall be deemed to have been accepted unless you notify us by email within 7 days of receipt.

If you have changed your mind and wish to return an item, please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt. We will issue you a returns number and you must return the item within 14 days of receipt. When returning the item we recommend using a signed for, insured delivery method for your own peace of mind.

Please return the item(s) together with the returns number in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached, unused and undamaged and a full refund for the item(s) purchased will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds are processed by the original payment method, if the card has expired, we will offer a selection of PayPal or bank transfer as an alternative.

We will refund the purchase price but not any delivery costs incurred by us in sending the order to you or incurred by you in returning the goods to us. Please note we will not be responsible for items lost in transit during return, even if the service is provided by our courier service. However, we will endeavour to claim on the customer’s behalf if our courier is used.

Arrived Damaged or Faulty: If your goods arrived damaged or faulty you must notify us by email within 48 hours or receipt. A replacement will be sent to you immediately on return of the faulty item.

Faulty Goods: If your item has become faulty soon after a purchase, please send an email with proof of purchase, a description and a photograph of the problem. Faulty goods notified to us within 6 months of purchase will be assessed and if appropriate may be repaired, replaced or refunded. Please note this could take up to 30 days to process.

Returns from purchases made at Events

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, returns for items purchased at events can only be returned if they are faulty. This is because we often donate up to 20% of the item price to charity or event organisers. We are happy to offer an exchange, postage charges will be payable by the customer.


Please note we do not offer exchanges for alternative items, colours or sizes. An exchange is placed as a new order. This will involve placing a new order and taking payment details from you again. You will be refunded for any returned item(s) in line with the policy stated above.
